Located on Holloway Road, Zia Lucia has garnered acclaim for its unique approach to pizza dough.

Diners can choose from four types of 48-hour slow-fermented doughs: traditional white flour, wholemeal, gluten-free, and a distinctive vegetable charcoal-infused option.

This variety ensures a light and digestible base for their array of toppings. The nice atmosphere and commitment to quality have earned Zia Lucia accolades, including being voted Best Local Restaurant by TimeOut.

Santoré

Located in Exmouth Market, Santoré is a family-run restaurant that uses a wood oven to bake their beautiful Pizzas. We talked to the owner who told us that almost all the ingredients used in their meals are imported from their Italian-based supplier, so you get the real Italian pizza here in Islington.
